Steps:
- Coat eggshell poacher with cooking spray or olive oil. Crack one egg into eggshell poacher. Be careful not to break the yolk. Use fresh eggs. Bring 2 - 3 inches of water to boil in a small to medium size pan with a tight fitting lid. Gently float eggshell poacher in boiling water. Reduce heat to medium. Place lid on. Cook 4 - 6 minutes depending on how you like your egg. Remove eggshell poacher from water. Run a spool around the inside of eggshell, then pop out your perfectly poachced egg.
