Pizzeria Uno's Pizza Skins Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pizza crust (or Boboli pizza crust)
1 cup mashed potatoes (not instant)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 slices cooked bacon

Steps:

  • 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Place mashed potatoes to a thickness of about 1/2 inch on top of pizza crust. 3 Bake until potatoes are warm (about 160 degrees F). 4 Top with a heavy layer of shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle bacon bits on the top of cheese. Place back into oven and heat until cheese is melted. 5 Serve with sour cream and chives.
