PISCO SOUR/MANGO LASSI image

Pisco Sour:
Pisco
Sour mix
Mango Lassi:
1 c yogurt
1/2 c milk
1 c chopped mango
4 t sugar, to taste
dash of cardamom (optional)

Steps:

  • Lassi: Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual cups and serve. Can sprinkle with a little cardamom. Can be refrigerated for 24 hours. Makes 2 cups.
