Pink Fluff image

A nurse friend at North Monroe gave me this recipe. It was a favorite of my mother.

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c pecans, chopped
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c boiling water
1 box raspberry jello

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in boiling water and place in refrigerator.
  • 2. When jello begins to congeal, add well drained pineapple and cream cheese which has been mashed with a fork.
  • 3. Fold in cool whip and stir in the nuts. Chill until serving time. Best if chilled overnight.
