Pineapple Salsa image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 Pineapple
1 Red Bell Pepper, cored, seeded, cut into 1/4" dice
1 Small red onion, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1.5 Limes - juice of
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/8 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Slat
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground

Steps:

  • Cut away stem and bottom of pineapple, then remove skin. Cut flesh away from step and slice into 1/4 inch dice, or chop in food processor with steel blade pulsing until you have even-sized small pieces.
  • Put the pineapple in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss lightely to mix together, and let sit briefly.
