Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice; refrigerate pineapple. Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, & pepper. Pour half of marinade into plastic bag; add pork. Refrigerate 4 hours. Refrigerate marinade for basting. Drain pork. Thread items onto kabobs. Grill over med. heat for 10-15 min. Baste & turn occasionally.
