Pineapple Delight Cake image

1 pkg Duncan Hines Delight Pineapple Supreme Cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1 pkg Pineapple instant pudding mix
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup undrained crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Blend cake mix, eggs, water, oil and pudding mix (in large bowl) Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes with mixer.
  • Spread batter in a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
  • Cool for 15 minutes right side up. Remove from pan.
  • Glaze:
  • Blend sugar and pineapple. Pour over warm baked cake.
