- Beat cheddar, pimento spread and mayo in small bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in pimentos and hot sauce.
- Trim crusts from bread slices; discard crusts or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
- Spread 2 Tbsp. cheddar mixture onto each of 16 bread slices; cover with remaining bread slices to make 16 sandwiches.
- Cut into small shapes as desired to serve.
