Number Of Ingredients 6

1 small tomato, coarsely chopped (2/3 cup)
3/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pickled jalapenos (2 large)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill, covered, until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Accompaniment: white- and blue-corn tortilla chips
