1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. lime juice

Steps:

  • Spread Neufchatel onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over Neufchatel cheese.
  • Serve with crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
