~ Philly Cream Cheese & Bacon Ball ~ image

Delicious! Serve at your next party...so yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c hellmanns mayo
1/3 - 1/2 c grated, parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped green onion, plus tops
1 Tbsp parsley flakes or chopped fresh
10 slice crisp bacon, crumbled
1 tsp horseradish
ground nuts or bacon crumbles to coat cheese ball ~ i used walnuts, have used bacon crumbles before

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients ( except nuts ) and thoroughly blend all together.
  • 2. Chill to firm, them form into a ball and roll into nuts to coat. Chill until ready to serve with your favorite cracker.
