1/4 cup finely chopped strawberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3 Tbsp. whipping cream
1 tub (24.3 oz.) PHILADELPHIA No Bake Cheesecake Filling Original, divided
4 bananas
2 Tbsp. dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped
8 maraschino cherries with stems, patted dry

Steps:

  • Microwave strawberries and sugar in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Cool 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and cream in small microwaveable bowl 30 sec. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool 10 min.
  • Add 1/3 of the cheesecake filling to strawberry mixture; mix well.
  • Spoon half of the remaining cheesecake filling into separate medium bowl; stir in 3 Tbsp. of the chocolate mixture. Reserve remaining chocolate mixture for later use.
  • Cut each banana lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise in half.
  • Place 2 banana pieces in each of 8 serving dishes. Use a 2-Tbsp. scoop to place a scoop of strawberry cheesecake filling over the bananas in each dish. Repeat with chocolate cheesecake filling, and remaining (plain) cheesecake filling.
  • Spoon reserved chocolate mixture into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle chocolate mixture over banana splits. Sprinkle with nuts; top with cherries.
