PESTO CROUTONS image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
3 tablespoons store-bought pesto
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Stir in the pesto, salt, and pepper and toss well to combine. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes
