PEPPERONI RAVIOLI SUPPER image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese filled ravioli
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup (approx. 1 3/4 oz.) pepperoni slices, halved
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook ravioli to desired doneness. Drain in colander, put back in small pot and cover to keep warm if needed. 2. In medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce and pepperoni. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionaly. 3. Carefully stir cooked ravioli into sauce mixture. 4. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
