Peppermint White Hot Chocolate image

Drive right by the fancy coffee shop-and make these creamy, frothy, peppermint-spiked white hot chocolates at home for less.

2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
1 qt. (4 cups) milk, divided
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
4 miniature candy canes, finely crushed

Steps:

  • Cook chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in medium saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly.
  • Add remaining milk; cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in extract.
  • Serve topped with COOL WHIP and crushed candy.
