This is a nice all-in-one meal that uses the microwave to help get it on the table quickly. If you can't find garlic pepper, use 1 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and pepper.

Steps:
- 1. Put potatoes and water in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- 2. Microwave on HIGH 6-10 minutes or until tender.
- 3. While potatoes are cooking toss beef with garlic and heat oil in skillet over high heat.
- 4. Add beef to skillet and cook, tossing, for 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove beef.
- 6. Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.
- 7. Add potatoes; sauté 5 minutes or until browned.
- 8. Add beef; toss until heated through.
- 9. Season with salt as needed.
