Pepper Jack Cheese Nachos image

Number Of Ingredients 6

- 6 oz. corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
- purchased salsa

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from element. Arrange chips in single layer on baking sheet; sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Broil chips til cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Garnish nachos with scallions and cilantro and serve with salsa.
