Steps:
- In large skillet, combine olive oil, garlic onion, celery, prosciutto and chile flakes. Cook on medium for six minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and bring to boil. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add basil, parsley, salt and pepper and 1/4 c water from pasta. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Cook on medium stirring well to mix until watere evaporates.
