1 1/2 ounces gin (recommended: Bombay Sapphire)
3/4-ounce orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau or orange curacao, not Triple Sec)
1/2-ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Lime wedge, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Serve straight up, garnished with a lime wedge.
