Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment and set the salmon on it, skin side down.
- Season with kosher salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup with the butter and mustard.
- Drizzle the maple mixture on the salmon and sprinnkle the pecans evenly on top, pressing to help them adhere.
