Steps:
- Peel the pears and remove the seeds. Place in food processor and process until well smashed. Should have around 4 cups pears. Place the pears in a large pot. Add the sugar.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add the pineapple and bring to a boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Put it in sterilized jars and waterbath process for 15 minutes.
