Steps:
- 350* Spread oats on baking sheet. Bake until lightlly toasted, about 10 min's. Cool. Grind in food processor. Comb sugar, butter, peanut butter and salt in bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat in eggs. Add flour and ground oats and beat just till blended. Chill dough until firm enough to roll out, about 2 hours. 325* Roll out dough between parchment paper to 1/8" thick. Dip 2" round cutter into flour and cut out rounds. Place rounds on ungreased sheets, 1" apart. Bake until gpolden, about 25 minutes. Cool completely.
