Peanut Butter Sheet Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 stick butter
1 c water
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
FROSTING
1 stick butter
1/2 c peanut butter
6 tsp milk (may need more depending on consistency)
3 1/2 c powderd sugar

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, baking soda, flour and salt. Set aside.
  • 2. Combine butter, water and peanut butter in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture.
  • 3. Add milk, vanilla and eggs. Mix. Pour in large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 400ยบ for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Frosting: Bring butter, peanut butter and milk to a boil in saucepan. Add powdered sugar. Pour warm frosting over cooled cake.
