Peanut Butter Pie image

This pie can be doubled and put one in the freezer for when company comes. Just before serving pie take out of the freezer about 15 minutes. Note: You can either put salted peanuts on top of pie or put inside of pie chopped fine.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/4 c graham crackers, crushed
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c confectioner's sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
6 Tbsp milk
1 large container whip cream (or cool whip)
1/4 c salted peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add the milk. Fold in whipped topping, Spoon into the crust.
  • 2. Sprinkle with peanuts on top of pie or chopped fine inside of pie.
  • 3. Chill in freezer overnight.
