Steps:
- 1. Slice spring onion bulbs. 2. Heat oil a non-stick wok, add spring onions & sauté for 1/2 minute. 3. Add ginger-garlic-red chilies & sauté for a min. 4. Add dark soy sauce, 1/4 cup water & stir. 5. Cut capsicum into thin strips. Add peanut butter, 1/4 cup more water to the wok & stir to blend well. 6. Add brown sugar, vinegar & mix. Add noodles, capsicum & mix. Chop spring onion greens & add along with bean sprouts. 7. Toss & mix well. Add roasted peanuts & mix. Serve hot.
