Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup butter; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Beat in as much of the flour mixture as you can with the mixer. Using a wood spoon, stir in any remaining flour mixture. Form chocolate dough into 32 balls, each about 11/4 inches in diameter. Set aside. 3. For the filling: in a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter; beat until smooth, kneading by hand if necessary. Shape mixture into 32 balls. 4. Preheat oven to 350. On a work surface, mold chocolate balls around peanut butter balls. 5. dip in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet (flatten a bit) 6. bake for about 8 minutes or until they are slightly cracked
