PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE ICING
I make this to put on my Hershey's chocolate cake. It makes enough to cover a 13 x 9 cake. it tastes alot like fudge.

Steps:
- 1. in a bowl combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla.
- 2. add 1 cup confectioners sugar, stirring it in well making sure no lumps.
- 3. slowly add milk keeping mixture smooth. add more confectioners sugar a little at the time, until you get the consistency you like.
- 4. spread over cake.
- 5. *note* you can add a table spoon of cocoa powder if you want a chocolate/peanut butter icing.
