PEANUT BUTTER CRACKLES image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 salt
1/2 cup margarine - softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Granualted sugar
Chocolate stars

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 375 degrees Mix flour-salt in large bowl Mix margarine and peanut butter until blended. Beat in egg, vanilla and sugars. Add flour mixture Roll 1 inch balls in sugar and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Press stars in ASAP.
