1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
3 tablespoons fat-free milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
Sliced ripe banana and honey, optional

Steps:

  • In a small container or Mason jar, combine oats, banana, milk, honey and peanut butter. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
