Number Of Ingredients 4

1 Package frozen raspberries
½ Cup currant jelly
1 ½ tsp cornstarch
1 T. water

Steps:

  • Allow raspberries to thaw in a saucepan. Mash berries with a spoon. Add jelly and bring to a boil over low heat. Mix cornstarch and water and add to raspberries stirring until clear. Strain berries if desired and let cool. Serve over peaches and vanilla ice cream.
