Peach Kuchen Bars Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 13

Crust:
1 cup butter melted
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Filling:
Peaches or any fruit you wish
Custard:
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 TBSP flour
1 3/4 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • For crust mix listed ingredients together and spread on a greased jelly roll pan. Cover crust with peeled cut up peaches. For custard mix all together (add cream last). Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
