Pea Pickin Cake image

Don't let the name fool you, a very good and delicious cake

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can(s) mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c crisco oil ( has to be crisco)
4 eggs
FROSTING
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
medium carton cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cake ingredients togeather and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Bake in three layers. Cool and frost.
  • 2. Frosting: Mix togeather pudding mix and pineapple. Fold in cool whip
