24-30 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt/pepper
1/2 cup butter mixed with corn flakes or bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and then top with butter and crumbs Bake at 350 45 minutes to 1 hour.
