1 Tbsp. Double Acting Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil
1-2 Cups Blueberries (tossed in flour)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 Mix dry ingredients Mix wet ingredients Combine wet and dry just until moistened Fold in berries Spoon into muffin cups Bake 20-25 minutes
