Pate Spice, Mom image

These are the spices Mom used when she made Pate. This is enough for a double recipe of Pate.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp bay leaf
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp mace
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp allspice

Steps:

  • 1. Crush and put through a sieve before adding to pate mixture.
