Steps:
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water... drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid In small saucepan, heat the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and red pepper over medium heat. Cook about 5 mins until garlic turns golden. Toss pasta, oil mixture, and spinach in a large bowl until the spinach wilts. Add the reserved cooking liquid as needed to moisten. SPrinkle breadcrumbs over and and serve sprinkling each plate with the cheese.
