PASTA WITH ANCHOVY, SPINACH, AND BEANS image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 box pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
Anchovy paste
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 can chicken broth
1 can crushed tomato
1 c. red wine
1 small package spinach
1 can cannelini beans
Marjoram
Salt
White pepper
Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat pot of salted water. Heat olive oil 1 min. Add anchovy and garlic and cook 2 min. Add broth, tomatoes, and wine. Bring to a boil. Boil covered for 7 min. Cook pasta. Add spinach, beans, and marjoram to sauce. Simmer 10 mins. Add salt and white pepper. Stir in pasta. Top with parmesan.
