Passion Fruit Daiquiri image

3/4 cup passion fruit juice
2/3 cup light rum
6 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
3 cups crushed ice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  • Pour into martini glasses and serve immediately.
