PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 ounces G.E. Massenez Pear Eau de Vie (or other Poire William brandy)
1/2 ounces Grand Marnier
1/2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 ounces Perry (pear) cider or French dry hard cider, chilled

Steps:

  • Stir Pear Eau de Vie, Grand Marnier, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a large cocktail glass; top with Perry Cider to taste. Garnish with a whisper-thin round of Forelle or Seckel pear.
