Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.
- 2. Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.
- 3. Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
