PARMESAN PORK TENDERLOIN image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound pork tenderloin
3 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced

Steps:

  • 1. Cut tenderloin crosswise into 1 inch thick pieces. Flatten with meat hammer to half inch thickness. 2. Combine crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper; dredge pork slices to coat. 3. Saute slowly with onion and garlic in oil for 10 minutes
