Steps:
- Salt and pepper pork chops to taste. Fry pork shops, in saute pan, until browned and desired doneness. Remove from pan and add paprika, cook for 1 minute and then add wine, stir and scrape up brown bits in pan to deglaze. Add 1 T. butter and cook until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour over pork chops and serve.
