Papa Dobles image

Ernest Hemingway loved his libations strong. This drink, which contains a double shot of rum, was named for him, the father of the double shots, Papa Dobles. The drink, as with many Cuban cocktails, is strong, tart, and limey. From "The Florida Keys Cookbook" and posted for ZWT5.
