Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place butter in oven-proof fry pan and place in hot oven till butter is bubbly.
- Mix eggs, flours, milk and nutmeg well with wire whisk. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into pan. Place pan back in oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove and sift powdered sugar over pannekoeken. Place back in oven for 5 more minutes.
- Top with pie filling of your choice and/or syrup, depending on how sweet you would like it. ENJOY!!
