1 medium green cabbage (cubed what ever size you like
1 pound(s) sausage (sliced)
3 pound(s) shrimp peeled (and any other shell fish you like)
2 pound(s) chicken, pork, or beef striped (you can use one meat or mix them all
2 package(s) canton noodles or ramen noodles but be careful with them they cook quick and if you over cook them you dish will be soggy and mushy).

Steps:

  • Okay Know you start getting your skillet hot for stir frying 1st well do all you meats starting with your sausage for 10 min. take out of skillet and drain and set aside, then your meat another 10 min. or until you think the meat is done, now add your Shrimp and cook for 5 min. now take off heat and pour into strainer with the sausage set aside.
  • Now get your skillet hot again and sauté your vegetables starting with your carrots for 2 min. then put your garlic and continue sauté for 1 min. more now the Broccoli and Cauliflower for 2 min. the onion, bell peppers and cabbage for 1 min
  • Add cooked meat to skillet put in ½ bottle Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce (put a little at a time until you get the flavor you like)
  • Boil noodles and keep a close eye on them so you can stop them just when they are done or leave a little crunch (run them under cold water when done to stop cooking)
  • Now just add the noodles and toss and mix until you get it all mixed. Throw some green onion over the top and pour some sesame oil over the pasta dish until it smells delicious.
