Pan Seared Halibut Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound Halibut
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Butter
White Wine (optional)
Capers (optional)

Steps:

  • Rinse Halibut under water & pat dry with paper towel. Season with Lemon Pepper. Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium/high heat. Add Halibut and sear about 5 minutes. Flip fish and add 2 Tablespoons butter. Can also add a bit of white wine and/or Capers. Spoon butter over Halibut and cook 5 minutes or until done.
