Pan-fried tilapia fillets image

So easy, yet so tasty!

1-1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
1/8 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) dried parsley
1/3 cup(s) spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
6 - tilapia fillets
1/3 cup(s) light mayonnaise

Steps:

  • In bowl, stir together panko crumbs, salt, paprika, thyme, pepper and parsley. In another bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet into mayonnaise-mustard mix, then coat on all sides w/ crumb mix.
  • Gently place fillets in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 4 min each side.
