PALEO JALAPENO CHICKEN BURGERS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1.5 pounds ground chicken
0.625 cups white onion, diced
0.25 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon jalapeno peppers, diced
1 teaspoon dried cumin
1 teaspoon dried paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
guacamole (serving day)
salsa (serving day)

Steps:

  • Directions: Using clean hands, mix together ground chicken, onion, cilanntro, garlic, jalapeno, ground cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Divide mixture and form into indicated number of patties. Freezing Directions: Alternate patties and squares of parchment/wax paper. Place in indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze. To serve: Thaw. Grill over medium-high heat until burger is cooked through. Flip when bottom side of burger no longer sticks to the grill grates. Serve with guacamole and salsa if desired.
