Overnight Coffee Cake image

Another good recipe out of my Pioneer's Alamaba Cookbook. Very good for the holiday season!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg frozen yeast rolls (i use rhodes)
1 box vanilla instant pudding (small size)
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c cherries
1 stick margarine or butter

Steps:

  • 1. Grease a Bundt pan well. Melt 1 stick of margarine or butter. Place package of frozen yeast rolls into greased Bundt pan. Pour melted stick of margarine or butter over frozen rolls; sprinkle mixture of pudding, brown sugar, and cherries over the top. Prepare this the evening before you wish to serve and leave out overnight to rise. The next morning, bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Beautiful and delicious! Cool in Bundt pan and invert onto a cake plate or tray. Makes a nice presentation. ENJOY!
