This is a really good coffee cake recipe. Originally I saw the recipe on Mr. Food. I have changed it up a bit to suit my taste. You've got to chill this baby overnight, but it's definitely worth it. Serve Overnight Coffee Cake at your next breakfast, or brunch.

Steps:
- Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 'Baker's Joy' cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, butter, eggs or liquid eggs, milk, coconut, and pecans or walnuts.
- Beat all until well combined; pour into prepared baking dish then cover and chill at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- NEXT DAY WHEN READY: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine topping consisting of: 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 cup EACH of the following ingredients... coconut, brown sugar and pecans or walnuts.
- Sprinkle over chilled batter and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut, serve warm & enjoy! GREAT WITH YOUR FAVORITE CUP OF COFFEE OR HOT CHOCOLATE!
